ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF CREDIT CARD MARKETING TECHNIQUE TOWARDS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IN PT. BANK MAYBANK INDONESIA, TBK Written By : Michael NIM : 1431028 In this study writer take the title "The Effect Of Credit Card Marketing Techniques On Customer Satisfaction At PT Bank Maybank Indoensia, Tbk". This study is to determine the effect of credit card marketing techniques on customer satisfaction in PT Bank Maybank Indonesia, Tbk. The method used in this study is descriptive with the method of questionnaire to 30 respondents which is customers. To process the data obtained from customers, the researchers used statistical data and software SPSS. The sample of this research is customer in PT Bank Maybank Indonesia, Tbk. The result of research shows that Pearson Coefficient Correlation is correlation r = 0,272 there is a weak relationship between marketing technique towards customer satisfaction. It also can be seen from level of significance is 0,146>0,05 meaning Ho was accepted and Ha was rejected. The contribution of Marketing Techniques in influencing customer satisfaction is as big as 7,4% and the rest is influenced by other factors not studied in this research.
