PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. MULIA INDUSTRINDO
XMLABSTRACT THE IMPACT OF LEADERSHIP STYLE ON EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION IN PT. MULIA INDUSTRINDO By: Ruliani Veronika The purpose of this research was conducted to determine the leadership style applied to the PT Mulia Industrindo. The leadership style greatly impacts the job satisfaction of employees to improve employee morale. The research was conducted only in the Warehouse department using 30 respondents from all employees in the department Warehouse. In this study the author method was descriptive method, where data was obtained by collecting, analyzing, presenting the data as well as provide an overview of the research object to produce a conclusion.While the data processing techniques of research used primary data in the form of questionnaires as data collection done by giving a set of questions or written statements to the respondent for answers. A Likert scale was used in the questionnaire for measurement technique, data collected through the questionnaires obtained results, and then tested using statistical analysis to determine whether the hypothesis was accepted or rejected by using the t-test hypothesis test, and to determine the relationship between the two variables. Based on the result of the correlation coefficient analysis pearson produk moment 43.7% which meant that the impact between variables X and Y were very strong and positive. Furthermore, the results of the t test hypothesis test calculation showed that t-count = 2.568 and t-tabel with a degree of freedom (n-2) = 28, α = 0.05 was equal to 1.701 suggesting that t-count> t-table value of 2.568 > 1.701 which meant that there was a positive and significant relationship between leadership style and employee satisfaction. In research it was known that the change did not affect of leadership style on employee job satisfaction. Leadership style known to be very powerful in influencing employee job satisfaction at PT Mulia Industrindo. Key words: Leadership style, employee satisfaction.
