ABSTRACT THE IMPACT OF HUMAN RESOURCES INFORMATION SYSTEM AND CULTURAL ORGANIZATION TOWARDS EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE PT. ULTRAJAYA MILK INDUSTRY Tbk. Written By: Mesran Nadeak NIM: 1331014 This study aimed to determine how the influence of human resource information systems and organizational culture on employee performance. The method used in this study was the questionnaire method and then concluded. The analysis used was descriptive statistic, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, coefficient of determination analysis and multiple linear regression. Population used in this research was all employees of Human Resources Department PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry, Tbk with sample size 39 people this sample selection using saturated sample method. From the result of descriptive statistic research each variable had good result. With an average score of 4.19 for human resource information systems, 4.22 for organizational culture and 4.22 for employee performance. From the hypothesis testing seen significant value of human resource information system was 5,813 and organizational culture 10,387 which means that human resource information system and organizational culture have an effect on to employee performance with significance value above 0,05. And from the test f or test simultaneously obtained the result that the information system of human resources and organizational culture have a positive effect on employee performance.
