ABSTRACT EFFECT OF OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH ON WORK PRODUCTIVITY AT PT. DIRGANTARA INDONESIA (PERSERO) Written by: Melysa Esternita NIM: 1431024 The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of occupational safety and health on employee work productivity at PT. Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero). The method used was descriptive qualitative, the data used was the primary data, with questionnaires to thirty respondents at PT. Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero). Data analysis using correlation coefficient analysis, t test, coefficient of determination and regeresi analysis. The results show that respondents agree that their safety and health work well done and they agree that work productivity was good with mean (mean) 3.68. Based on the results of the analysis of the magnitude of the effect of occupational safety and health on work productivity found that there was a moderate relationship between the variables Occupational Safety and Health (X) on Work Productivity (Y) with correlation coefficient r = 0.766. Result of t-count 6,306 and t-table 1,697 indicate that proven that activity of safety and health work can increase work productivity significantly at PT. Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero). The coefficient of determination is 58.7% and the rest is determined by other factors not used in the research. Then based on result of regression analysis known that Y = -12.218 + 1.024X.
