PENGARUH SISTEM PENGGAJIAN DAN PENEMPATAN KERJA TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA KARYAWAN DI ORGANISASI GEREJA MASEHI ADVENT HARI KETUJUH KONFERENS DKI JAKARTA
XMLABSTRAC Influence System Payroll and Employment Against Employee Motivation in Organizations Seventh-day Adventist Church Jakarta Conference 2016 ABSTRACT VICTOR TARULI Organizations Seventh-day Adventist Church, Conference Jakarta experienced a rapid growth but the fulfillment of labor influenced by the payroll system is not too precise and job placement does not match the expectations of employees. The purpose of this study are: 1) To know whether it is true that the payroll system in terms of basic salary, fixed allowances, allowances are not fixed effect on employee motivation, 2) Determine whether it is true that employment in terms of academic achievement, work experience, personality, status marriage and age factors influence employees in employee motivation, 3) To determine the extent of employee motivation in Organizations Seventh-day Adventist Church, Conference Jakarta. 4) To determine the extent of the influence of the payroll system and job placement of employees on employee motivation in Organization Seventh-day Adventist Church, Conference Jakarta. The method used is descriptive research, the writing of the population used as a research object that is an instrument of research used questionnaires to the 79 employees in the organization Seventh-day Adventist Church, Conference Jakarta. In this study the authors use quantitative data analysis techniques comprising: test data quality, classic assumption test and correlation analysis, regression analysis and hypothesis testing. In the study analyzed quantitatively by regression analysis test in SPSS version 16.0. Based on the results of research in the know that the payroll system with a score of 75.33% both categories, job placement either category 73.34%, while 76.57% of employee motivation either category. From the results of statistical calculations F count = 54 847, is greater than the F table = 3:12, (α = 5%, df = 78), meaning that the system of pay, job placement proved to greatly affect employee motivation in Organization Seventh-day Adventist Church, Conference DKI Jakarta. Conclusion of the study is the significant influence of the salary system, job placement with the employee motivation. Keywords : System Payroll, Employment, Work Motivation
