ABSTRACT The analysis of the concept of Elders dedication based on I Corinthians 9 : 13 – 16 referring to layman ethics ministries to church’s member in The Jakarta Local Confernce Seventh Day Adventist By : Manurung Augustus Church services her member must walk against continuously until the second coming of Jesus Christh. The important thing is the service of the elder in the process of worship in service to the members. Elders services affect the faith of the member. Elders services support all areas of service and responsible implementation of the mission of the church to the world. He is the servant who set spiritual service above all else. He was the volunteer in service to Christ and His people without personal ambition. The gospel must be preached to the whole world at the same time the role of the elder of the congregation can encourage the member involved in the service of the gospel. God church where has this responsibility and should pay special attention continuously until Maranatha. The implication is the great commission of Christ to his church for every spiritual service.
