ABSTRACT TRAINING EFFECT ON THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES IN MEGA BANK CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND TELLER Written by: Arbima Anugrah NIM: 1331005 The research objective was to determine the effect of training on the performance of employees at PT. Bank Mega. The method used is deskriptive, the data used is primary data, with questionnaires to thirty-five respondents in the PT. Bank Mega. Data were analyzed using analysis of correlation coefficients, t-test, the coefficient of determination and analysis regeresi. The results showed that the respondents agreed that their training was held with good views of the average (mean) 4:18 and they strongly agreed that the employee's performance is good with an average (mean) 4:21. Based on analysis of the effect of training on employee performance is found that there is a relationship between the variables being Training (X) on employee performance (Y) with a correlation coefficient of r = 0423. The results of t-test 1,748 and 1,692 t-table indicates that proved that training can significantly improve employee performance in PT. Bank Mega. The coefficient of determination is equal to 17.9% and the rest is determined by other factors that are not used in the study. Then based on the results of the regression analysis known that Y = 23 974 + 0.219X. Keywords: Training, Employee Performance, PT. Bank Mega
