ABSTRACT PERANAN AUDIT KEPATUHAN DALAM PELAKSANAAN PERSONALIA PADA PERCETAKAN ADVENT INDONESIA Written by : NencyDar Bedda Butar-butar NIM : 1032020 Research conducted aims to find out how big the role of audit compliance in the implementation of personnel function in Indonesia Publishing House. The method used in this research is descriptive maethod. Questionnaries data were processed using the Spearman rank correlation analysis of the correlation coefficient, coefficient determination Hypothesis testing and processed manually by the author.Based on this research, it is known that the implementation of the compliance audit in Indonesia Publishing House has been well. Based on the analysis by using Spearman rank correlation coefficient, it is obtained 0,7174 which gives an indication of a very strong and positive relationship between the role of audit compliance in the implementation of the personnel function Indonesia Publishing House . And based on hypothesis test indicated that > (5,769>1,701),which means that there is rejected thatshow have a significant role in the implementation of the compliance in the implementation of the personnel function or KD (coefficient determination) was 51% and the remaining 49% are the factors outside research.
