ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF APPLICATION SYSTEM E-FILING SERVICE QUALITY OF INDIVIDUAL TAXPAYER IN KPP PRATAMA SOREANG Written by: Kurnia Aprinova Sabatini NIM: 1232134 This study aims to determine how the application of e-Filing system, service quality individual taxpayers as well as to know how to influence the implementation of the eFiling system to service quality individual taxpayers in KPP Pratama Soreang. In this study the author uses descriptive method was the method of collecting data so as to generate the information needed to analyze the problem as well as distributing questionnaires to interested parties by 50 questionnaire in this study. Sampling method used was accidental sampling the sampling nomprobality. Questionnaires processed statistically with Pearson Product Moment that the data was converted into data interval method of successive intervals. Based on the results of statistical analysis using Pearson Product Moment, the obtained r = 0.13 that indicates a link e-Filing system implementation to service quality individual taxpayer on STO Soreang very weak. Hypothesis testing showed that t = .905 ˂ table = 2.011, it can be concluded that Ho was accepted and Ha rejected, which means there was no significant influence of the implementation of the e-Filing system to service quality individual taxpayers by 1.7% while the 98,3% where influenced by other factors outside the research.
