ABSTRACT INFLUENCE FACTORS ON DIVIDEND POLICY (ROA) ON SHARE PRICE ON COMPANY PT. ASTRA INTERNATIONAL TBK Written by : Reza mexalino NIM: 1232054 This study aimed to analyze the influence of factors - factors of dividend policy to share price of PT. Astra International Tbk. Where the factors - factors contained dividend policy dividend per share and earnings per share as the independent variable on the share price as the dependent variable in the company of PT. Astra International Tbk. This study used a quantitative method, samples were companies that issued financial statements from 2010 to 2014. The analysis tool used was the classic assumption tes T test to see whether the independent variables had a significant effect on the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that there were significant influence between the variables share the dividend per share price that was positive. So can significantly impact the stock prices rise and fall in PT Astra International Tbk. For investors who agree with the theory of the "bird in the hand theory", the dividend were what they put forward in taking an investment decision. So can significantly impact the stock prices rise and fall in the company of PT. Astra International but for investors who agree with theory "Dividends Irrelevant", the Earning Per Share was that they put forward for the referral in investing in the company. But the investor did not mean ignoring factors - other factors in making decisions, in addition to the dividend per share and earnings per share is still a factor - other factors must also be considered.
