ABSTRACT EFFECT ON PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT CONTROL SYSTEMS COMPANY PT ULTRAJAYA MILK INDUSTRY & TRADING COMPANY Tbk Writen by: David Reynold Tambunan NIM: 1232065 This study aims to determine the influence of management control systems on company performance. The method used in this research was descriptive method of the data obtained through the actual situation, analyzed, and then concluded. The analysis was average, correlation coefficient analysis, hypothesis testing, analysis of determination coefficient and simple linear regression. The population used in this research were PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry with a sample of employees in the department of accounting and finance with the number of respondents 32. From the research results on the company's management control systems PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry have had good results with the average value of the Company's Performance 4.02 and also had good results with the average value was 3.89. From the results of testing the correlation coefficient shows the number 0.566, which means the system pengendalaian management has enough relationship to company performance, from hypothesis testing seen significant value management control system by 0.002, which means that the management control systems have a significant effect on the performance of companies with significant values below 0, 05. While the coefficient determination, management control system has the effect of 27.2%, while 72.8% are influenced by other factors. Keywords: Management Control Systems, Corporate Performance
