ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF PROFITABILITY RATIO ON SHARE PRICE IN COMPANIES SUBSECTOR TOLL ROADS, AIRPORTS, PORTS, ETC. IN THE INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE Written by: Yudi Michael Situmorang NIM: 1231020 This research aimed to determine the effect of profitability (return on equity and return on assets) on share price. The independent variables used were return on equity and return on assets, while the dependent variable used was the share price. The object of this research was companies subsector toll roads, airports, ports, etc. In the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2010-2014 period. The sampling method used was the purposive sampling method and 3 sample companies were obtained to be the research object with 15 analysis units. The analysis method used in this research were descriptive statistics, classic assumption test, correlation coefficient analysis, determination, f-test, t-test, and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software ver. 16 for Windows. Partial results showed that the return on equity significantly influence the price of shares in companies subsector toll roads, airports, ports, etc. in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2010-2014. The interaction between return on equity and return on assets simultaneously and significantly affected the price of shares in companies subsector toll roads, airports, ports, etc. in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2010-2014.
