ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF CHANGE OF MANAGEMENT, COMPANY GROWTH, AND SIZE OF THE COMPANY ON AUDITOR SWITCHING IN PROPERTY SUB-SECTOR AND REAL ESTATE 2016-2018 LISTED ON INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE Written by: Simon Luiggi NIM: 1632159 This research was conducted to determine the influence of management turnover on the turnover of Auditors, to determine the impact of the company's growth on the turnover of auditors, and to know the impact of company size on turnover Auditor at the company's sub-sector property and real estate in 2016-2018 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The variables studied were variable management turnover, company growth, and the company size as free variables and the auditor's turnover as a bound variable.The method done in this research is a method of logistic regression to analyze the relationship between one dependent variable that is dichosed with some independent variables. From the results of the study stated that there was no significant influence on the management turnover of the 0.185 auditors, there was no significant influence on the company's growth on the turnover of 0.932 auditors, And there is also no significant influence over the company's size on the turnover of 0.361 auditors.
