ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF TRAINING AND MOTIVATION ON WORK PRODUCTIVITY IN STATE VOCATIONAL SCHOOL EAST JAKARTA By: Grace Cyeli This study aims to determine the effect of training and motivation on work productivity in the East Jakarta District Attorney's Office. The design of this study uses descriptive methods, namely by collecting, analyzing the results of questionnaire data with 30 samples, and finally drawing conclusions. Primary data is processed using simple correlation coefficient analysis, significance test, the coefficient of determination test, simple regression analysis, and test of multiple regression analysis. The results showed that Training had a t-count value of 4.784> 1.6991 t-table, so there was a significant effect between Training on Work Productivity. While Motivation has a t-count value of 5.274> 1.6991 t-table, then there can be a significant effect between motivation on Work Productivity. Based on the F-count test of 13,418 with the Sig. 0,000. Because of the value of Sig. 0,000 <0.05, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Thus it can be concluded that Training and Motivation on Work Productivity has a significant effect.
