ABSTRACT Thesis Title : Analysis On The Comprehension of The Seventh-day Adventist Churches in XIX District of The Jakarta Conference on The Implementation of Care Group as Found in Matthew 28:19-20 Researher Name : Raymond Carey Pakpahan Materials Supervoisor : Dr Bartholomeus D. Nainggolan MPS Date of complation : April 24, 2015 School : Adventist University of Indonesia The Church is a collection of people who believe in Jesus Christ, who then nurtured and developed according to Biblical principles to experience spiritual growth, and with the ultimate goal that they become mature in Christ. In the procession someone becomes a Christian then there are three basic steps: first, admitted he had sinned, and sin is precisely what keep him away from God; second, believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross to redeem man from sin and brought back to God; and third, to accept Jesus Christ as the only Lord and personal Savior. So in the process may have to pass through various stages. Just like a child when it reaches adult levels where he must pass through infancy, childhood, adolescence, youth and adults to become parents later. The length of a person becomes a Christian does not guarantee has grown spiritually in Christ. So, spiritual maturity should be pursued. Discipleship in small groups must be a God to reveal Himself to His people. Each member of a small group who disciple, he must be the house of God, because God wants to use it to express his presence. Discipleship in the cell group must be a true community. That is a place to practice the lifestyle of God. Until finally a small group discipleship must transmit his lifestyle it to people who do not believe. That is, groups of cells must multiply and produce other students. The success of the church in the mature members of the congregation would not be separated from a variety of factors that support. In general, the factors that support the spiritual maturity of the church for example is the concept of self or the right mindset, association or the environment, science and technology, development of spirituality in the family, visitation activities, discipleship programs, and various means of spiritual support, for example: spiritual books, hymns, spiritual movies, various versions of the Bible as well as the educational background of the church. Identify the problem in this study is that the various spiritual activities, followed by the congregation often complained of wasting time and money and is often considered to underestimate the family life. If this is allowed will be able to cause a false spiritual maturity by the community as not others. But too much spiritual activity that followed would also lead to the disruption of focus in efforts to develop the potential that has not been excavated. The intent and purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between discipleship Care Group at congregations Seventh-day Adventists Region 19 with the quality of spiritual maturity and to determine indicators of discipleship Care Group on member churches of Seventh-day Adventists region 19, which is predominantly correlated with spiritual maturity. This study uses quantitative statistical methods which include testing, test validity, reliability, normality, linearity, hypothesis, frequency and descriptive statistics. From the results of methods that can be given the conclusion that, first, based on the statistical test that there is a relationship between discipleship Care Group member churches of Seventh-day Adventists in the region 19, the spiritual maturity, the resulting value of this test gives value of F counting greater than F table so that there is a relationship between discipleship Care Group member churches of Seventh-day Adventists in the region 19, the spiritual maturity. Based on the test results linearity note that indicators of discipleship Care Group members are predominantly correlated with spiritual maturity is the indicator becomes Producing Student, the value of the indicator is greater than the value of other indicators which amounted to 0,183.
