ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF MANAGEMEN CONTROL TOWARDS THE COMPANY PERFORMANCE AT PT. PASOPATI GUARDIAN SECURITY SERVICES Allan Brian Pasaribu NIM: 1332009 The purpose of this research was to know the management control system and company performance also to know the effect of the management control system towards the company performance at PT Pasopati Guardian Security Services. The method used in this research was a descriptive method with a primary data collection technic. The analysis used in this research is the pearson product momen in descriptive analysis, correlation coefficient, hypothesis testing, simple linear regression analysis, and determinant coefficient. The population in this research was the employees at PT. Pasopati Guardian Security Services and the sample was the employees at PT. Pasopati Guardian Security Services. The result in this research stated that the application of the management control system was 4,05 which means that the employees agree to apply the management control system and the application level of company performance was 4,02 which means the company performance was doing well. The relationship between the management control system and company performance was 0,574 which means there was a medium and significant relationship as seen from the interpretation interval of 0,40 – 0,599. The effect of the management control system towards the company performance was 33% as seen from the determinant coefficient 0,33. A significant factor from the management control system indicator was report and analysis, as seen from the stepwise regression result that has been done.
