ABSTRACT THE ROLE OF SALES INTERNAL CONTROL ON THE SALES EFFECTIVENESS ON PT. TRANSFOOD AND BEVERAGE Prepared by: Rambo Situmorang Nim 1332146 The purpose of this research was to find out the role of sales internal control on the sales effectiveness to see the correlation between sales internal control and sales effectiveness and to know the significant factor of sales internal control. This research was conducted in PT. Transfood and Beverage which is located in Jl. Duren Tiga Raya, Kav 53-55, Jakarta Selatan, Pancoran,12760 Indonesia. The research method used descriptive method where the questionnaire was distributed then the result was calculated by using SPSS, Pearson product moment coefficient correlation,, significance test and determination test. The research result described that implementation of sales internal control was 4,20, which means the company agreed with the implementation of sales internal control and in the high level category. Sales effectiveness result was 4.31 which means the company really agreed with implementation of sales internal control. Based on the processed data by using SPSS, it was found 0.679 which means there was correlation between sales internal control and sales effectiveness. In other words, the correlation was very strong and significant where it based on verbalize interpretation 0.60-0.79. Each indicators of significant factors of sales internal control was organization structure, policy and record system, and health practice and employee quality.
