ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY ACTIVITIES IMPLEMENTATION ON FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE ACHIEVEMENT AT PT. SULZER TURBO SERVICES INDONESIA Written By: Laura Yulitha Siringoringo NIM : 1232170 The purpose of this research was to test the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility on firm financial at PT. Sulzer Turbo Services Indonesia used descriptive method that describe and discuss the object under investigation based on facts. Teccnique of data collecting were done through distribution questionnaires that have been tested by research before and according to GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) standard. Questionnaires data were statistically processed using the Pearcon Product Moment correlation analysis, hyphotesis testing and analysis of determination coefficient. Based on the research it was known that the company had applied CSR properly, it could be seen with the implementation of CSR principles was to give a clear responsibilities for each element, among others, the environment responsibilities, health and safety employee, and also product responsibilities. The financial performance achieved done by financial ratio using ROI, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and also rentability and using quesionnaires to prove the performance well. Based on statistical analysis using Pearson Product Moment correlation, the correlation coefficient r = 0.976 shown the relationship between the implementation of corporate social responsibility to financial performance achieve at PT. Sulzer Turbo Services Indonesia was very strong and positive. Based on the hypthothesis test results were known tcount > ttable was 7.719 > 1.7341 thus Ho was rejected. The financial performanve achieved of 95.2% shown by the application of corporate social responsibility, while 5% were influenced by other factors.
