ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF RETURN ON ASSETS AND EARNING PER SHARE ON SHARE PRICE Written by : Jaqueline Fredricka NIM: 1232147 The porpose of this study were to test the ratio of Return On Assets and Earnings Per Share have influence over the company's share price at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. This study uses Return on Assets and Earning per Share as the dependent variables and independent variable in this study were seen from the share price year-end closing stock price. The populations in this study were the financial statements of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk, published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Samples in this study were an overview of the annual financial report of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk in 2010-2014. The analysis used in this research include descriptive statistical analysis, the classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using the F test and t test with α = 0.05. From the results of hypothesis testing seen no significant value for the variable Return on Assets (ROA) of 0.850 and Earning per Share (EPS) amounted to 0,040. For variable ROA shown these variables there were no significant and negative effected on stock price. While variable EPS showed a positive and significant impact on stock price. F test results showed that both independent variables together do not affect the dependent variable. Keywords: Return on Assets, Earning per Share, Share Price
