ABSTRACT THE ROLE OF COMPLIANCE AUDIT TOWARDS THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT IN PT. MEERKATS FLEXIPACK INDONESIA Written by: Erton Bonggal Maruarar NIM: 1332020 This study aims to determine the role of compliance audit towards the implementation of personnal management in PT. Meerkats Flexipack Indonesia. The method that had been used in this research was descriptive method. The variables of this research were compliance audit and implementation of personnel management. The ada that had been used are primary data which had been collected directly from PT. Meerkats Flexipack Indonesia. The analysis are correlation coefficient analysis, significance test, and the coefficient of determination. The population used in this study were all of PT. Meerkats Flexipack Indonesia employees, and sample was 40 people of the population. And the sample had been calculated using the slovin sampling method. Based on the results of the statistical analysis conducted by the authors, the correlation coefficient of compliance audit towards the implementation of personnel management there was a very high relationship between variables that seen from the value (r) = 0.877. From the hypothesis testing seen significant value on 11.278, which means there was a very strong relationship between variables. And the magnitude for the role of compliance audit towards the implementation of personnel management was (r)2=0.770 or 77%, and the rest of 23% is affected with other factors that not included in this research.
