ABSTRACT Thesis Title : MINISTER'S RELATIONSHIP ANALYSIS INTEGRITY LEADERSHIP, MEMBERS OF SPIRITUAL GROWTH SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTIST CHURCH UNDER THE EXODUS 18: 21 IN THE DISTRICT PEKANBARU Researcher Name : Romawasi Sihotang Name and Title : Magister Filsafat (M.Fil) Supervisor : Dr. B. D. Nainggolan, MPS End Date : 24 April 2016 Chapter one explains the research problem. Chapter two describes the theory-based output book for linking the pastor's leadership's integrity to the spiritual growth of the members of the congregation. Chapter three, the researcher discusses the research formula which is the answer to chapter four. Fourth chapter describes the results of the study as below. Integrity is antithetical to the spirit of our times. Far-reaching philosophy of life that guides our culture revolves around a materialistic and consumerist mentality. The urgent need for the present beat consideration. The importance of the integrity of life arises from the fact that we are called by God faithfully. The character of God is characterized by love never fails and always faithful, full of grace and truth, love and light. If we learn to know Him, then we are called to embody these traits, live a life worthy of this call, and live in accordance with the character of God. Not surprisingly, many media reports about politicians not only falling, but also priests who embezzled church funds or who has an affair with the women who worked in the church. Stories like these are selling well because it is an example of blatant hypocrisy. Indeed, there is little sensation there, but we can understand the reaction of ordinary people who realize the hypocrisy of their leaders, especially those from the church or politicians who feel entitled to sue others how to behave. We have become too used to seeing casualties among church officials. We became worried about our way of life will imply a contradiction with what we preach. How much of the destruction caused by the gap between the teachings and behavior of pastors and leaders who call upon others to live according to God's standards, but they themselves are hypocrites. Indeed, they have defiled the reputation of the church.The purpose of writing and research that will be done this is the first, to determine and analyze the relationship between pastor’s leadership with integrity who have the skills and the fear of the Lord, to the spiritual growth of members of Seventh-day Adventists in the District of Pekanbaru. Second, to determine and analyze Is there a relationship between the leadership of the pastor of integrity, trustworthy, against the spiritual growth of members of Seventh-day Adventists in the District of Pekanbaru. Third, to identify and analyze Is there a relationship between the leadership of the pastor of integrity who hate the pursuit of bribes, against the spiritual growth of members of Seventh-day Adventists in the District of New Week. Theory basis based on Exodus 18:21, which reads: "In addition, you look out of all the people, people who are capable, God-fearing people who are trustworthy
