ABSTRACT BALANCED SCORECARD IN EFFECT AS A MEANS OF MEASURING ON THE PERFORMANCE OF FINANCIAL MANAGER AT PT.TELEKOMUNIKASI INDONESIA, TBK Written by : Refinda Sabatine Sianturi NIM: 1232022 This study aimed to determine how the Balanced Scorecard as a means of measuring on the performance of financial manager at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia. This study was a quantitative study using descriptive method, data colletion technique through interviews and questionnaires. Interview were conducted to parties involved in the implementation of Balanced Scorecard and questionnaires were distributed to 30 employees who responded to the Balanced Scorecard research as a means of measuring on the performance of financial manager. The result showed that there was an influence of the Balanced Scorecard as a means of measuring on the performance of financial manager of 73,30%. It showed where r = 0,856 and thitung = 8,761, ttabel = 2,048. It showed where thitung > ttabel , 8,761 > 2,048. So H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, Means there was a significant relationship between Balanced Scorecard as a means of measuring on the performance of financial manager.
