ABSTRACT THE IMPACT OF THE CONTROL OF STOCK RAW MATERIAL INTO THE WORK IN PROCESS OF THE PRODUCTION AT PT. ULTRAJAYA MILK INDUSTRY,Tbk Written by: Saori Simbolon NIM: 1332044 The Raw Material was the most important element in work in process (WIP) of the production but it dependant on the exact manage of the raw material. Therefore, need a control of stock raw material for the process on time, good quality, based on the demand to achieve the target production. The purpose of this research was to know the impact of the control tcock raw material into the work in process of he production. The type of data used was the primary data, with the data collection by questionnaire and analysis data used a linear regresion, anaysis correlation coeficient, determination coefficient and statistical test used t-test. Based on the account correlation Pearson Product Moment result, then the correlation between the control of stock raw material into the work in process was very significant. From the test significant was indicate t-count at 5.837 andttable at 2.048. This explain that there was a significant between the control of stock raw material into the work in process of production, it counts> table then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted.Then the coefficient of determination count result that the impact of control stock raw material into the work in process of production was 31.1% and remaining 69.9% impact of the other variables cost.
