PENGARUH AUDIT OPERASIONAL PROSES PRODUKSI DALAM MENINGKATKAN EFEKTIVITAS KUALITAS PRODUK PADA PT COMBIPHAR

ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF OPERATIONAL AUDIT OF THE PRODUCTION PROCESS IN IMPROVING OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF PRODUCT’S QUALITY IN COMBIPHAR Writen by: Josefin Putri Marsito NIM: 1332135 This study aimed to determine how big the effect of operational audit of the production process in the improvisation of effectiveness of product’s quality in Combiphar. In conducting this research, the writer used descriptive method, the method of collecting data by observing certain aspects related to the problem being studied. Data collection techniques used by the author was through questionnaires and by conducting library research. Questionnaire data were statistically processed using the Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis, hypothesis testing, analysis of the coefficient of determination, and simple linear regression. Based on the research that had been done, it could be concluded that the operational audit of production process on PT Combiphar had been done oftenly by achieving each indicator as follows: 3.74 of the production process and operation, 3.75 of the productivity and increase added value, 3.70 of the production and operation control. While the effectiveness of product’s quality had been effective based on the achievement of each indicator as follows: 3.89 of raw materials control, 3.61 of facility and equipment control, 3.67 of transformation control, 3.74 of quality control, 3.95 of finished goods control, and 3.54 human resources control. Based on the research that had been done, it was known r value of 0.870. Hypothesis testing had been done to show that significant’s level is 0.00 (<0.05). It could be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, it meant there is a significant effect between operational audit of production process to effectiveness of product’s quality. The role played by the operational audit of production process of the improvisation of the effectiveness of product’s quality is at 75.69%, the remaining 24.31% influenced by other factors outside the study.
