ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF THE MODERNIZATION TAXATION ADMINISTRATION SYSTEM TOWARDS THE TAX SERVICE QUALITY AT THE KPP PRATAMA JAKARTA SENEN Written by: Leonhard Reinier Naibaho NIM: 1332145 This research was aimed to analyzed the modernization of the taxation administration system, the service quality and the influence of the modernization the taxation administration system towards the tax service quality at the KPP Pratama Jakarta Senen. This research data was collected by questionnaire and the Literature Study with the related parties at the KPP Jakarta Senen. The questionnaire from this research was distributed to the taxpayers with the product moment pearson method. The data analysis that was used are correlation analysis, t – test, determination coefficient, the simple linear regression. Based on this research, it showed that between the modernization taxation administration system and the tax service quality had a strong and positive correlation, which is : 0,777. Based on the Hypothesis Testing with t-test which mean t count > t table that were 6,924 > 1,692, so it can concluded that Ho was rejected and the Ha was accepted which means that were a positive and significant relation between the modernization taxation administration system towards the tax service quality. Based on the determination test that the modernization taxation administration system had an influence with the tax service quality with the percentage : 59% , while the rest of that which was 41% was were influenced by other factors outside of this research. Based on this simple linear regression equation, was known that y=0,83 + 0,633x it means that if there were none of modernization taxation administration then there will be the tax service quality worth of 0,83. If the Administration system system was increasing one, then the service tax quality will be increased worth of 0,633. Therefore The modernization of the taxation administration system positive influenced towards the tax service quality at the KPP Pratama Jakarta Senen.
