KEKUATAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN PENGARUHNYA PADA KINERJA KARYAWAN
XMLABSTRACT This study aimed to describe the practice of Spirituality organizational culture and performance to the employees of the West Java Conference Office. The method used is quantitative descriptive method to answer about the practice of Spirituality organizational culture and performance with percentage method (%). Causal explanatory method used to see the relationship and influence between Spiritual Organization Culture variable to Performance. Research results: 1) The most powerful organizational culture answered was that the pastor realizes that his pastoral work is a ministry job, so they work wholeheartedly. 2) The most prominent employee performance was, the pastor has an optimal working passion. 3) The correlation between the Spiritual organization culture to performance was t = 0.99, the correlation was very strong. Hypothesis test result thitung≥ttabel = 1.795≥1.656 means the null hypothesis (H0) accepted and Ha rejected that there was a significant influence between Spiritual Organizational Culture on Performance. From the determination coefficient test found that the culture of the spiritual organization has an effect of 89.5% on the performance, and 10.5% influenced by other factors. The simple regression equation obtained was Y = 0.304 + 1.163X, giving the meaning that every increase of 1 value in spiritual organization culture adds 1,163 value of performance.
