ABSTRACT THE IMPACT OF FREE CASH FLOW TOWARDS LIABILITIES IN STATE-OWNED PT. ULTRAJAYA MILK INDUSTRY & TRADING COMPANY, TBK. YEAR 2011-2015 Written by: Samuel Simanjuntak NIM: 1332114 This study aims to determine how the influence of Free Cash Flow to the Liabilities. The method used in this research was descriptive method to take, gathering, and analyzing the information. The analysis was correlation coefficient analysis, significance test, the coefficient of determination, and linear regression analysis. The population used in this study was a PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company, Tbk. with sample financial statements of PT. Ultrajaya & Trading Company, Tbk. year 2006-2015.Based on the results of the statistical analysis conducted by the authors, the correlation coefficient Free Cash Flow on Liabilites the value was (r) = 0.457, there was a medium relationship between Free Cash Flow and Liabilities. From the hypothesis testing seen significant value on -1.452, which means that Free Cash Flownot effect on Liabilities. Based on the statistical analysis known linear regression equation Y = 0.359 + (0.210) X which means the constant value (a) was 0.359. This can be interpreted if the coefficient Free Cash Flow was 0 then the Liabilities aldready exsist 0.35 and that any increase in Free Cash Flow RP. 1, then the liabilities will increase by Rp 0.210 Keywords: Free Cash Flow, Liabilities, PT.
