ABSTRACT THE ROLE OF OPERATIONAL AUDIT IN PRODUCTION PROCESS TO INCREASE PRODUCTION QUALITY IN PT BROMO EXPERIENCE Writen by: Alson Rubusei Abineno NIM: 1123199 This research was made to know how to do an operational audit in process of production, quality improvement production, and the role of audit operational to lift the quality of production in direction of PT. Bromo Experience. Method of this researches is description method with oncoming quantity which gained by questionnaire, we use the analyzing system of correlation coefficient, hypothesis examination with test t and coefficient analyzing determination. Population used by this research originated by the operational department. The result of this research show that almost of audit operational in process production attempting is to improve the quality of production and audit operational in process of production role is to improving the quality of PT Bromo Experience.
