ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF THE USE OF E-FILING TO INDIVIDUAL TAXPAYERS SATISFACTION IN KPP PRATAMA BOJONAGARA BANDUNG Ckristina Rohani NIM: 1332102 This study attemted to figure our how to influence the use e-filing against satisfaction taxpayers a private person on the KPP Pratama Bojonagara Bandung. The study was done by using the method that was descriptive handling out a questionnaire and then draw any conclusions. Data collection techniques be perfomared by submitting a statement that set out in a questionnaire after that it was processed by using SPSS through Pearson Product Moment in the analysisi of the correlation coefficient, an analysis of the coefficients determined, and the hypothesis (test t). A population that used in this research was the taxpayers listed in the KPP Pratama Bojonagara Bandung by taking samples from 50 taxpayers by sampling used the method of sampling insindental. From the research that used SPSS, each variabel having a good result. The average value of 4,00 for the use of e-filing, and the average score 4,01 for the satisfaction of taxpayers individual. Of the testing of hypotheses (test t) was the a significant impact on satisfaction taxpayers individual. The data with a correlation coefficient (r) from of 0,728 or in other words had strong relationship between the use of e-filing to satisfaction taxpayers individual. It was revealed of the significance done where > ( 7,354 > 2,011 ) and was rejected and was accepted. From scratch determination contribution the use of e-filing was a big influence was as much as 53% and the rest 47% caused by other factors which not discussed in this study.
