ABSTRACT ANALYSIS OF RISK AND RETURN OF INVESTMENT TO DETERMINE SHARE INVESTMENT FOOD AND BEVERAGE SUB SECTOR IN INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE USING THE CAPM METHOD Written by: Yulia Citra Rumapea NIM: 1331035 This reseach aims to find out how the influence of product quality toward customer satisfaction on users of Samsung products. Quantitative method used in this study is the analysis of the questionnaire. Analisis is the correlation coeffisient analysis. The big score is 82% the smallest scire is 75%. This reseach uses a 30 respondent. All statements were valid and reliable. Based on the result of the data processing has been done, the acquisition value of the corelation of 0,279 and simple regresion of Y= 21,059+0,211 The coefficient analysis determination had a result of 22% this meant that the influence of product quality Toward Customer Satisfaction On Users Of Samsung Products was 22 % was while the remaining 78 were effects of other factors. From hypotesis test, it can be concluded that t hitung >t tabel 1,539 then the recieved Ha which meant that the Product Quality effect customer satisfaction.
