ABSTRACT EFFECT OF BUDGET INCOME TAX ON THE EFFECTIVENESS OF STATE RECEIPT IN THE SERVICE OFFICE TEGALLEGA PRATAMA TAX Written by: Tri Utama Putra Sagala NIM:1232119 This research aimedto examine the significant influence between in the income tax revenue budget against acceptance of state effectiveness. this research used descriptive analysis, by analyzing and processing data report on the realization of the state budget and the taxpayer acceptance agency of the year 2011-2016. the population of this study was the kantor pelayanan pajak pratama tegallega. Analysis of the correlation coefficient with the calculations using Microsoft excel 2013. From the results of research, the results of hypothesis testing the average difference as well as a test of significance (t test), obtained as a result of which conducted a test of the hypothesis, then t test = 0,737 while t table = 2,132, then t test > t table, so that Ho is accepted, so no the relationship between positive and significant budget income tax revenues towards the effectiveness of the acceptance of the state.
