ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF AUDIT OPINION AND FIRM SIZE TO THE STOCK PRICE ON THE BANKING INDUSTRY COMPANY THAT LISTED IN BEI PERIODE OF 2012-2015 Written by: Elisabeth Sagala NIM: 1332057 This research was conducted in order to know audit opinion, firm size and stock price, to know the correlation and how The Influence of Audit Opinion and Firm Size ToThe Stock Price on The Banking Industry Company That Listed in BEI of 2012-2015. The type of study was descriptive method and using the data analytic with assumption test, the significance of individual parameter, simultaneous significant test, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and multiple linear analysis. Based on the research result shown that there were two audit opinions which were unqualified audit opinion and unqualified audit opinion with explanation, the firm size that weren’t fixed annualy and so that the stock price. There was a very low correlation between audit opinion and the stock prices. There was a low correlation Between firm size and stock price in the banking industry company that listed in BEI periode 2012- 2015. The research found that there was no significant influence of the company audit opinion to stock price as well as the firm size there was no significant influence to stock price. There was no significant influence of audit opinion and firm size to stock price in the banking industry company that listed in BEI periode 2012-2015. Keywords : Audit Opinion, Firm Size, Stock Price
