ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF INFORMATION OF CASH FLOW AND DIVIDEND POLICY TO TRADING VALUE ACTIVITY SUB SECTOR METAL AND MINERALS IN INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE (IDX) IN 2010-2014 Written by: Rahel Agustina Sinaga NIM: 1332104 This research was purpose to determine cash flow information, dividend policy and trading value activity and to determine the influence of information of cash flow and dividend policy to trading value activity sub sector metal and minerals in Indonesia stock exchane partialy and simultaneous in 2010-2014. In this the author used research descriptive method with quantitative approach which data collection to produce the information which needed to analyze problems. The analysis method used coefficient correlation, coefficient of determination, significant test (F test and T test) at α = 0.05, multiple linear regression analysis. The result of these analysis showed that information of cash flow and dividend policy influenced simultaneously by trading value activity with a value was significant as big 0.038 < 0.05. Meanwhile on partial analysis showed that there was significant influence between information of cash flow to trading value activity, and was significant as big 0.023 < 0.05 and there was no significant influence between dividend policy to trading value activity, and was significant as big 0.0924 > 0.05.
