ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF THE QUALITY OF SYSTEM AND THE QUALITY OF INFORMATION ON THE USER SATISFACTION OF E-FILING TAXPAYER ON PT. CIPTA MORTAR UTAMA Written by: Winner Hendrik Silalahi NIM: 1332026 The purpose of this study was to find out how the quality of e-filing system, the quality of e-filing information, the user satisfaction of e-filing taxpayer at PT. Cipta Mortar Utama, to determine the effect of system quality and information quality to the user satisfaction of e-filing taxpayer of partial and simultaneous. The variables in this study were the quality of the system and the quality of information as an independent variable and the user satisfaction of e-filing taxpayer as an dependent variable. This research used descriptive research method with data collection techniques through questionnaires and interviews of 40 employees at PT. Cipta Mortar Utama. The result of this research was that system quality, information quality and the user satisfaction of e-filing taxpayer have high quality, good and satisfied respectively. The quality of the system and the quality of information partially and simultaneously significantly influence to the user satisfaction of efiling taxpayer at PT. Cipta Mortar Utama.
