ABSTRACT OPERATIONAL AUDIT ROLE ON PRODUCTIVITY OF EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IN PT RAFEL KARYA MANDIRI Written By: Sabatta Parlindungan Marbun NIM: 1532154 This study aims to find out how the implementation of operational audits, employee performance productivity, and to find out the role of operational Audit on employee performance productivity at PT Rafel Karya Mandiri. This study uses descriptive research methods, namely data collected based on the current events and facts of the company. This research was conducted at PT Rafel Karya Mandiri as a research sample. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling method and questionnaires were obtained from employees of PT Rafel Karya Mandiri. Data analysis was processed using SPSS 22. Based on the results of research that has been done, it is known that the implementation of operational audits is very good, with a mean of 4.56. Employee Performance Productivity is very good with a mean of 4.52. Based on statistical analysis, the analysis of the correlation coefficient (rs) is 0.667 which indicates that the relationship of operational audit to productivity of employee performance is moderate and positive. While using the statistical test (t) found t count> t table is 4.290> 2.069 so the hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means there is a significant relationship between operational audits of employee performance productivity. Based on the coefficient of determination, operational audits have a role on employee performance productivity with a result of 44.40%. While the remaining 55.60% is influenced by other factors outside of this study. Keywords: Operational Audit, Employee Performance Productivity
