ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF AUDITOR’S EXPERIENCE AND ETHICS OF AUDITOR PROFESSION ON AUDIT QUALITY AT KANAKA PURADIREDJA, SUHARTONO PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT FIRM Written By: Jefry Rihi Hina NIM: 1432176 The purpose of this study is to see the influence of auditor’s experience and auditor’s profession ethics to audit quality. The research data was collected using a questionnaire which was distributed to the Public Accountant Firm Kanaka Puradiredja, Suhartono as respondents research. The population of this research is the entire auditor who was in Public Accountant Firm Kanaka Puradiredja, Suhartono that add up to 150 people, and the sample used in this study was 30 auditor of public accountant Kanaka Puradiredja, Suhartono. The methods used in this research is descriptive research methods used to process and analyze data so that it can be obtained a conclusion. Data analysis using statistical methods i.e. pearson product moment correlation, t test, F test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that partially each of independent variables experience of the auditor and auditor's profession ethics has a significant influence to the quality of audits. Simultaneously, the variables auditor’s experience and auditor's profession ethics has significant effects on audit quality. Key Words: Auditor's Experience Profession Ethics, Audit Quality
