ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF MANAGEMENT CONTROL SYSTEM ON FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE AT FAVE HOTEL GATOT SUBROTO JAKARTA Written by : Griff Hans Tomasila 1432024 This research aims to understand the influence of Management Control System a significant impact on Financial Performance and how much relations between the two the variable is. Was used in the study population of all employees at Fave Hotel Gatot Subroto Jakarta and as for sample taken as many as 32 people. The research data were analysed using regression analysis test simple with SPSS 21 .Of the result of reckoning it was discovered that the a correlation coefficient of 0,786 which means the strength of the relations both variables expressed strong , and contribution of both variables large enough can be seen from as much as 61,8 % koefisen of determination. With this t found the value of significance as much as (0.00) < (0.05) and Ha received and Ho rejected. Thus, the research results stated there is a strong influence between a Management Control System with financial performance at Fave Hotel Gatot Subroto Jakarta.
