ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF OPERATIONAL AUDIT HUMAN RESOURCES TO THE EFFECTIVENESS OF EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT PINUS MERAH ABADI Written By: Evans Yehezkiel NIM: 1432007 The objectives of this research is to determine how the influence audit operational human resources to the effectiveness of employee performance at PT Pinus Merah Abadi. This research use descriptive method. Data type that used are primary, data collecting technique that used are by questionnaire ,documentation, and literature study.The writer processed the data by using qualitative methods. Based on the results of the questionnaire, it is known that the operational audit of human resources has an average of 4.31 and the effectiveness of employee performance reached an average of 4.43. This indicates that the implementation of operational audit of human resources at PT Pinus Merah Abadi and the effectiveness of employee performance in this company has been done well. Based on statistical calculations with the help of SPSS 21, then there is the influence of human resources operational audit on employee performance effectiveness with the result r = 0.419. Significant test of both variables obtained t_hitung> t_ (table) (3.421> 1.67) which means there is influence of human resources operational audit on employee performance effectiveness and Ho is rejected. And the coefficient of determination or Kd = 0.715 which means the operational audit of human resources able to contribute or the role of 17.5% to the effectiveness of employee performance and the rest of 82.5% caused by other factors outside this research.
