ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF APPLICATION OF BALANCED SCORECARD THROUGH GROWTH PERFORMANCE AND LEARNING TO ORGANIZATION PERFORMANCE AT GRAND PASUNDAN CONVENTION HOTEL BANDUNG Written By : Floren Liasari Oppusunggu 1432005 This study was conducted to determine the effect of Balanced Scorecard implementation through growth and learning perspective on organizational performance at Grand Pasundan Convention Hotel Bandung. The author uses descriptive method with qualitative approach in this research, which collected data in the form of questionnaire so as to produce information needed to analyze the problem. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, significant test at α = 0.05, and simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of significance tests showed that the implementation of Balanced Scorecard through the perspective of Growth and learning on organizational performance has a significant effect with a significance value of 0.00 <0.05 to show that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted which means there is a significant influence.
