ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF IMPLEMENTATION OF HUMAN RESOURCES AUDIT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT. BRILLIANT ECOMMERCE BERJAYA-KUNINGAN, JAKARTA Written by : Shanny Triya Ladina 1432178 This research has a purpose to know the influence of the implementation of the significant Human Resource toward the employee and how big is the correlation between the two variables. The research with the population all the employees in PT. Brilliant Ecommerce Berjaya – Kuningan, Jakarta, used descriptive research with the qualitative method. The research is located in Jl. HR. Rasuna Said Kav. B-12 Setia Budi, Jakarta. The population is the entire employee and took 30 persons as the sample. The sample taking is used the sloving technique. The research data is analyzed using the simple regression analysis test by using SPSS 22. From the result of the calculation is known that the correlation coefficient as big as 0,416 it means the strength of the correlation between the two variables are stated moderate. Through the t-test and found the significant value as big as (0,010) < (0,05). It means that the Alternative Hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the Null Hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. Therefore, the result of this research stated that there is a moderate influence (strong enough) between the implementation of the Human Resource with the employee performance in PT. Brilliant Ecommerce Berjaya – Kuningan, Jakarta. Key Words: Human Resource Audit and Employee Performance
