ABSTRACT THE ROLE OF THE ADMINISTRATION IN LAUNCHED ON BADAN PENGELOLA APARTMENT PERMATA EKSEKUTIF Written by: Carline Yosephine Leonny Raranta NIM: 1433004 This written aims to understand how the role of secretary in helping administration activities, what kind of problem transpires and methods that which is used in filing on Badan Pengelola Apartemen Permata Eksekutif. With the secretary activities such administration can run well, because a secretary were required to can do work just about anything and must be able to help with the work of the other parts. This study using methods of practice field work for three hundred seventy working hours. In the implementation, writer gets various duty as duty instruction, duty coordination and a special assignment who became the role of secretary in receive complaints. The writer also had the task of filing various subjects. But in this filing activities, the authors found constraint or the problem in the practice of work, namely irregularity date-month-year the archive in any subject because employees who worked in Badan Pengelola Apartemen Permata Eksekutif do not know a method of what could be used in filing. To fix the problem, writer give advice to use of datemonth-year or chronology method in filing and suggestions that employees who worked must be training on chancery that the process chancery would go well.
