In other words, that the internal control of raw material inventory and production planning affect the level of effectiveness of production at PT. Sonoco Indonesia. Based on statistical calculation using the formula of correlation coefficient was found that the internal control relationship with the effectiveness of the supply of raw materials production was r = 0784, which means there was a positive and strong relationship, based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination was known that the internal control of raw material inventory has a value of 61.5% contribution to the effectiveness of production while the rest was influenced by other factors that not examined by the author, for production planning relationship with the effectiveness of the production was r = 0.516, which means there was a positive relationship and being, based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination was known that production planning has contributed 26.6% to the value of effectiveness production while the rest was influenced by other factors not examined by the authors, and about relations of internal control of raw material inventory and production planning with effectiveness production was r = 0935 which means that the relationship of internal control of raw material inventory and production planning with production effectiveness correlation positive and very strong, based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination was known that the internal control of raw material inventory and production planning have contributed 86.4% to the value of the effectiveness of the remaining production is influenced by factors - other factors not examined by the author.
