ABSTRACT “EFFECT OF EMPLOYEE PLACEMENT AND WORK ENVIRONMENT ON WORK PERFORMANCE AT PT. ULTRAJAYA MILK INDUSTRY & TRADING COMPANY TBK " Conducted by: Angel Permatasari Nim: 1731029 Employee placement is very important in a company. This study aims to determine the effect of employee placement and work environment on work performance at PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company Tbk partially and simultaneously. This study uses a causal associative method. This research data is the result of distributing questionnaires to the company PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company Tbk using a purposive sampling method. The results showed that the employee placement showed an average score of 3.18 in the good enough category, the environment with an average score of 3.43 in the good category, and the employee's performance with an average score of 3.52 in the good category. The results of the partial analysis show that employee placement has a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.002. shows that the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.002. The results of the simultaneous analysis state that there is a significant influence between employee placement and the work environment on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000.
