ABSTRACT IMPLEMENTATION OF HOSPITAL REGULATIONS TO INCOME TAX (CASE STUDY ADVENT HOSPITAL BANDUNG) Written by: Refina Anastasya NIM: 1632089 This study aims to determine the application of tax regulations at the Bandung Adventist Hospital on income tax article 21, article 22, and article 25 with the 20162018 period. This research is an associative descriptive study with a survey approach. The survey research method is used to obtain data from certain natural (not artificial) places, but the researcher performs treatment in data collection, for example by structured interviews and so on. The results showed that the application of tax regulations at Advent Bandung Hospital as a corporate taxpayer has been implemented in accordance with applicable taxation and can be declared tax compliant.
