The goal of nursing care for Marasmus children is by giving formula milk 75 to stabilize the child's condition in the stabilization phase and prepare the child to receive greater fluid and energy in the transition phase and after that in the rehabilitation phase, food is given to catch up with the child's growth. The writing was done by using descriptive method in the form of case reports by collecting data through observations, interviews, documentation studies, and literature studies. The patient's complaints were fever ± 2 weeks ago, nausea, vomiting every time he was given food, diarrhea since 3 days ago, BB; 8 Kg, TB: 88 cm. Nursing diagnoses were taken, namely: nutritional imbalance less than the need for RT insufficient intake; hyperthermia RT disease process; diarrhea RT bacterial infection; deficiency of knowledge about the condition, diet, care, treatment RT lack of information. Interventions are structured and administered through nursing implementation. The results of the evaluation of formula 75 milk therapy showed that the child's condition began to stabilize and there was an increase in body weight. The treatment was carried out for 6 days, the body weight increased to 9 kg, and the child had an appetite for food and looked energized. Suggestions are given to parents, namely that in the process of improving nutrition, patients must often be taken to the health facility to be guided in pursuing growth and provide nutritious food.
