CEMAS WITH DEEP BREATH RELAXATION TECHNIQUES IN HYPERTENSION OF KARANG VILLAGE ASAM BARAT RT. 05 / RW.01 KECEMATAN CITEUREUP KABUPATEN BOGOR Arranged by: Grace Sabatini Simbolon NIM: 2053025 Hypertension is a degenerative disease that affects nearly 25% of the world's population. The impact given from hypertension does not only concern physical problems but also affects psychosocial problems such as anxiety. Anxiety can be controlled with deep breath relaxation measures. Deep breathing relaxation is an effort to relieve mental tension. The purpose of this study is to address the client's main complaint, namely anxiety associated with high blood pressure, then given deep breath relaxation technique therapy that can calm anxiety in nymphs. m with hypertension in Karang Asam Barat villagert.05 / rw.01. The research method used is a descriptive method in the form of a case report with data collection. The evaluation results obtained after the results obtained are that deep breath reclassification is able to reduce the level of anxiety in patients carrying out nursing interventions in the form of providing deep breath reclassification techniques. This research is expected to be a reference in providing nursing care. in treating hypertensive anxiety patients. Keywords: Anxiety, Deep Breath, Hypertension.
