Kep NIM: 1953073 Diarrhea is a disease characterized by changes in the shape and consistency of loose to runny stools and an increase in the frequency of bowel movements more than 3 or more times a day which may be accompanied by vomiting or bloody stools. The problems found in this case are lack of fluid volume, diarrhea, changes in family processes, and the risk of damage to anal tissue integrity. The action taken is a collaboration in providing fluid therapy through infusion, giving recommendations to provide oral rehydration therapy through mineral water, ORS and LLM milk. Collaboration in providing antibiotics. The results of the nursing care given to Baby F for 3 days of treatment by providing fluid therapy through intravenous and oral fluids are effective in improving children's dehydration, collaboration with antibiotics is effective in stopping diarrhea in Infant F. as well as the patient's family in preventing child dehydration due to diarrhea with fluid therapy.
