ABSTRACT EFFECT OF OPERATING EXPENSES TO OPERATING INCOME PT. BANK NEGARA INDONESIA, TBK By: IRMA INDRIANI SITUMORANG This study, entitled "Effect of Operating Income Operating Costs Against At PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk ". The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Operating Expenses Operating Income Against At PT. Bank Negara Indonesia. The data used in this study were obtained from the data www.idx.co.id which is the financial statements Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk Operational costs at PT Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk has increased every year. In 2009 the amount of 7.9 trillion, in 2010 increased by 20.67% with the amount of 9.6 trillion, in 2011 increased 15.46% to 11.34 trillion number, in 2012 increased by 14.42% with the amount of 12.7 trillion, and in 2013 increased 14.40% to the amount of 14.5 trillion. Operating income at PT Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk during the past five years since 2009 to 2013 has increased every year as well. In the year 2009 amounted to 15,4 triliun in 2010 increased by 21.74% with the amount of 18.7 trillion, in 2011 increased by 10.73% with the amount of 20.7 trillion, in 2012 increased by 14.94% with the amount of 23.9 trillion, and in 2013 increased by 19.22% with the amount of 28.4 trillion. The results show that the simple linear regression Operating Costs have a positive influence on the amount of operating income obtained by PT. Bank Negara Indonesia. The results show that the simple correlation Operating Costs have a strong relationship. The coefficient of determination showed that 99% of operating income obtained by PT.Bank Negara Indonesia is contributed by the operational cost and the remaining 1% is contributed by other factors.
