ABSTRACT EFFECT OF BUDGET REVENUE AS A TOOL IN ACHIEVING EFFECTIVENESS OF REVENUE MANAGEMENT IN PT. B. BRAUN MEDICAL INDONESIA By : Alfred Gunawan Siahaan The purpose of this study was to determine the revenue budget, revenue effectiveness and role of the revenue budget as a tool in achieving the effectiveness of revenue management at PT. B. Braun Medical Indonesia The method of research used in writing this essay was descriptive method, where data was collected, then processed, analyzed and finally a conclusion. Data collection techniques by study of research documentation, then the data was processed and analyzed using the product moment correlation, significance test and determination coefficient analysis. Based on the research, it was known that the budget revenues at PT. B. Braun Medical Indonesia has fluctuated from time to time. Based on the results of product moment correlation coefficient calculation, the obtained correlation coefficient of 0.7146. This show a strong and positive relationship between budget revenue and the effectiveness of revenue. Furthermore, with the calculation of unknown significance test analysis t count > t table (3,2332 > 2,228), thus Ho was rejected, which means there was a significant effect in the effectiveness between the budget revenue income. The calculation of the coefficient of determination indicated a effect in supporting the effectiveness of the revenue budget revenues amounted to 56.85% while the remaining 43.15% influenced by other factors beyond this study.
