ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF MODERNIZATION TAXATION ON PERFORMANCE AT KANTOR PELAYANAN PAJAK PRATAMA BANDUNG CIBEUNYING By: Andina Novitasari The purpose of this study is to know how the implementation of tax modernization, employee service, and to determine the effect of taxation on the performance of the modernization in Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Bandung Cibeunying. In this study, the author uses descriptive method, a method that collects the data in order to produce the information needed to analyze problems and also conduct interviews and disseminate a number of questionnaires to the parties concerned in this study. Measurement scale used is Likert Scale and using Spearman Rank correlation, determination coefficient analysis and statistical tests using t-test with α = 0.05. Implementation of modernization carried out in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Bandung Cibeunying can be seen from the results of the questionnaire using the average shown on the various aspects of tax modernization, namely: organizational structure = 4,19, business process information and communication technology = 4,08, human resource management = 4,04, implementation of good governance = 4,02. and the average overall tax modernization of indicators is 4.08. Thus the tax modernization conducted at KPP already implemented as possible through the employee side, the rules, and of the organizational structure.Performance. So also the performance contained in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Bandung Cibeunying seen from the results of the questionnair on average per indicator that is economical = 4.98, efficiency = 4,89 and effectiveness = 5.00. The average overall score of 4.95, so employee service in that performance contained at KPP already have economical, efficient and effective.
